Introduction
Sprouts represent the commonest form of reproduction in the
vegetal realm. By and large.
Plants – due to their apparent lack of an intelligent nervous system
and of sense organs – are considered simple – often described as inferior –
life forms. Yet, witnessing the
complete mitotic process of, say, a wheat-germ cell under a magnification not
inferior to 18,000X, one can discern the unfolding of the same immemorial bio-mechanisms
that swing into action since the first cell became alive when our planet cooled
down sufficiently to sustain life based on carbon metabolism.
And, similarly to any warm-blooded creature, also the germination
of cells of even the simplest Plant contains the entire ontogenetically program
of the complete organism. Thus,
when the double helix of a deoxyribonucleic molecule of a vegetal cell begins
to uncoil in its nucleus, the concatenated Phases triggered by such Program
require that certain substances – some rather elemental, others quite complex
– be available for the development of the vegetal organism.
The initial stage of the plant development is the sprout.
It can be compared to the embryonic phase of warm-blooded life forms. During this stage the budding life form is Particularly susceptible
to environmental influences.
The Authors propose to show how the chemical and biochemical
composition of wheat sprout, can be Purposefully influenced by the manipulation
of variable environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, lighting intensity
and rhythm, acoustic pressure and nourishment.
The origins of evolution of any species on this planet –
be they animal, or human – derives from the combined results of adaptation to
factors that vary according to the incessantly changing environment and of actions
triggered by powerful biochemical commands released by an astoundingly complex,
specific ontogenetically heritage are to this date, rather poorly understood
and dissipate in the haze and maze of primeval history.
Furthermore, the deeper we become immersed in gazing at the
parts, the tighter we get bonded to them, to the growing detriment of the whole.
For instance, when confronted with the hypothetical question of what
happens if one optimizes the Primary environmental constituents – such as CO2,
light and humidity – which allow the photosynthesis, of a given plant, the general
consensus will probably agree with the assumption that “Plants subjected to
such optimized environment will proliferate more exuberantly and grow probably
larger.”
Nonetheless, in the Authors experience – accumulated over
several decades of testing – uniform optimization of all environmental factors,
will necessarily trigger a cascade. The only Parameter that would improve is the photosynthesis
itself. The Plant would regress
– reduce in size while becoming greener all the time. The end result would be an extraordinarily green dwarf that
looks healthier than it really is.
On the other hand, a plant subjected to, distress – particularly
during its germinating Period – will grow for more exuberantly than its counterpart
placed into an ideal environment. A
rubber Plant living in New York city, for example, will grow much larger, in
order to capture the maximum amount of light under the cement overgrowth than
in its natural habitat, say, in the Amazonian Jungle.
Alas, the Authors postulate that quite the opposite is true,
when the environmental parameters are successfully programmed to enhance the
adoptive potential of the plants. Under
the beneficial influence of such stimuli, it is the plant cell that will develop
a perfect internal structure that is ideally suited to that particular environment.
In the Present work, the Authors wish to sidestep the controversy
created by issues such as spontaneous creation versus purposeful development
versus divine creation, since these are irrelevant to the task addressed by
this essay. Thus, it should suffice
to establish that, regardless of its Primeval origins, the ontogenetically program
is indeed not only the major factor which determines every cells behavior, but
is also the source of the recourses that allow the cell to adapt to the continuous
changes of the environment. Which
brings us to our next touchy subject.
Since the last century, when biology became a budding science
in its own right, to this date the great majority of its exponents pontificate
that required characteristics can not be transmitted genetically, Many highly
promising intellectuals have been ruthlessly degraded and driven from the ranks
by the merciless scientific establishment, whose power focuses only on their
own well understood and clearly defined interests.
Their self-appointed righteousness, determined to inflict devastating
blows on any opposition, makes no allowance for errors in their own Postulates,
leaving the Authors no other alternative, than to challenge such Postulation
and expose the feebleness of the Premises on which it is based.
Discussion
It is quite true that characteristics imposed by newly developed
environmental circumstances – which have been effectively acquired by any given
generation – can not be genetically transmitted to their descendants.
The Authors stipulate that it is highly improbable that such a transference
should occur from one generation to the other.
However, it is easy to prove that, if a given mutagenic factor – able
to induce a cell to acquire a given functional expression – persists over at
least four, or more generations, that particular feature will eventually appear
in its descendant, from the fifth generation on.
HOW else could it be explained otherwise that unbroken vintage lines
of non-diabetics, or of cancer-free individuals, with ascendancies objectively
traceable for several generations, for example, suddenly produce diabetics,
or cancer patients, whose descendants unexpectedly do inherit the Proneness
to such Pathologies?
Another instance that illustrates our Postulate, is the extraordinary
vitality of cancer cells. Their
most astonishing feature consists precisely in their ability to acquire characteristics
that enable them to cope with hostile or life-threatening influences and, if
exposed to these persistently over several generations transmit such ability
genetically to their descendants. In
fact, this trait – contradicting radically the most sacred thesis accepted by
the Establishment – is one of the two factors that render cancer therapy so
difficult, to say the least.
The second factor – which constitutes another new genetically
transferable expression evolved by the cancer cell in but a few cellular generations
– consists in the fact that cancer growth, that is, malignant cell conglomerates’
totally detach themselves from the neuro-vegetative system of the host.
Which implies that the physician has no regular pharma-chemical access
to a tumor, lest he resorts to massive destructive methods, such as surgery,
or generally highly poisonous chemo-therapy, or hard radiation.
The cancer cells require but very few cell generation, until they become
enable to transmit such acquired traits to their descendants.
Thus, pan-generational persistence of character acquiring
influences can and will indeed produce important new traits in any genetic lineage.
Obviously, the higher the reproductive cycling frequency of a given cell
is, the faster the acquired characteristic will make appearance in their descendent.
The Phase during which any given life form is most susceptible to genetically
significant influences, is their germination and , to a somewhat lesser extent,
gestational stage. In most Plants this phase is known as the sprout, which represents
the germination and embryonic laps of Plant development.
The sensitivity of sprouts to energetic influences – such as light variations,
acoustic pressure, temperature and humidity – is far greater than in any other
life form, because this is the mechanism that allow, the plant to either adapt
to the environment or to go Into a recess when the adverse conditions are too
overwhelming.
Expressed differently, sprouts will necessarily attempt to
compose a chemical and biochemical milieu, which is, to the extent of pre-existing
sources, most ideally suited to live in that particular environment.
This implies that, when the diverse energy factors vary -, Providing
the circumstances do not constitute life-threatening opprobrium – the sprout
will respond to these variation, by germinations preserving combinations of
enzymes, co-enzymes, enzymogen, amino-acids, vitamins and minerals. The sprout, then, thanks to its quintessence, is a veritable
cornucopia of life.
METHODOLOGY
The sprouting is carried out in special
enclosures endowed with the following programmable environmental parameters:
TEMPERATURE
Sprouting is carried out between temperature,
of 37° and 38.6° centigrade. Each
decimal degree of variation affects the mineral and catalase content of the
sprout. Sudden cooling of the day
old sprout to +3.5° centigrade – that is, maintaining the sprout during 24 hours
at a temperature which is the borderline of the freezing mechanism, activates
the resistance and immune response of the plant, endowing its cells with a rich
combination of immune enhancing components.
HUMIDITY
The variation
of humidity during sprouting associated to suitable temperatures yields diverse
peroxidase enhancing factors.
LIGHTING
The biochemical
environment of the germinating plant cell can be remarkably influenced by varying
the following luminic parameters; a) intensity output measured in watts; b)
luminescence expressed in Kelvin; c) cycles, established through programmed
light/darkness rhythms. All these
characteristics can be integrated into the same pro-tram with sub cycling variations.
Each program modification will combine with the restart factors, yielding
extremely valuable and highly predictable variances.
ACOUSTIC PRESSURE
Germinating Plant-cells are extremely
sensitive to acoustic pressure. They
will respond extraordinarily to all variations of the following parameters;
a) loudness, physical pressure measured in decibels; b) melody, sonic vibrations,
expressed in both discrete and recurrent frequency phrases; c) rhythm, manifest
in discernible, recurrent pattern. These
three features of acoustic pressure constitute a paramount coalition of influences
which determine the synthesis of super oxide dismutase end the assimilation
of the trace element molybdenum in the sprout cell.
The sprouting is carried out through
standardized hydroponics techniques. During
repeated experiments the Authors have determined that for optimal results, a
non-varying compost is the nutrition of election used during the sprouting.
The dehydrated sprouts accomplished
immediately following the harvest, through specially filtered circular non-recycled
– that is, both oxygen and nitrogen rich – airflow of 1 7X relative humidity
at 42Q centigrade, circulating through the sprout mats under a secondary vacuum
created by extractor fans equipped with humidity traps.
The dehydrated sprouts are ground
and compressed into tablets. Concentrated
juices extracted from the same fresh sprout types, serve for the enteric coating
of the tablets. The Authors have
established that the bottled and safety-sealed tablets have a shelf life of
not less than 3 years.
Wide spectrum toxicity test carried
out by FDA recognized laboratories, see appendix, certify the above described
wheat sprout tablets as safe and harmless in all conceivable parameters, without
any contradictions. Due to the
circumstance that the germination plant cells are still undifferentiated, the
sprouts are an allergenic, that is, they can not trigger any anaphylactic reaction
through any conceivable mechanism in the user.
EXPERIENCE
Considering that the desiccated
wheat sprout tablets are to be distributed as an OTC product, the following
norms have been established to determine their primary use for temporary relief:

Conditions, which can be provisionally interpreted by the user, such
as:
a)
Soreness articulations which do not require medical assistance.
The same criteria applies as the use of aspirins or other OTC pain relievers: it the symptom, are not shortly palliated the user is advised
to consult a licensed physician.
b)
Minor, or secondary inflammatory processes which do not require the use
of steroids, or prescription drugs. The same criteria applies as above.

Conditions that can be prevented by such supplementation:
c)
energy-loss due to overexertion, such as exhaustive exercise, or studying.
d)
anenergic reactions due to jet-lag during transoceanic flights, or due
to persistent stress factors.

Conditions in which the ingestion of fibers and enzyme enhancing complement
is recommendable.
As already explained,
due to the undifferentiated nature of the sprout cells, the sprout cell tablets
are completely an allergic and have no known contraindications.
The standard form
to use, consists in 6 tablets, daily, taken together, 1 hour or more, before
breakfast. In the experience of
the Authors, the tablets should be taken at least for 2 months.
The models of
both the original research – based on D. Faddi’s primary discoveries – and of
the subsequent, continued development, were designed by the Authors and are
being carried out in Hawaii, Montana, and Mexico, since 1970.
2 Pre-clinical
and 3 clinical double-blind studies have been carried out offshore to this date
with the purpose of field testing the OTO applications described in above paragraphs
1,2, and 3. (see Tables #1 to *5
in the Appendix). An in-depth field
test is being carried out at present at an American university level institution
recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. This test, carried out with 96 users, was designed to encompass
the same aforementioned parameters and should be concluded by late fall 1990.
SUMMARY
Wheat sprouts
exposed to specifically programmed variable environmental factors – such as
temperature, humidity, lighting, and acoustic pressure factor, will develop
predictable cellular milieus, whose non-toxic ultimate compositions, when ingested
as a food supplement, renders them highly suitable for the temporary relief
of 1. Soreness, of articulations which do not require prescription drugs; &
secondary inflammatory processes that do not require medical assistance; 2.
Digestive conditions that call for persistent ingestion of fiber in volumes
superior than those contained in the regular nutritional regime.
The herein described wheat sprout tablets are totally non-toxic produce
neither side-effects, thus correspond to the labeling and OTC definition of
the Food and Drug Administration.
As a result of
the recommendations of this symposium, new cogent regulation has been passed
by Congress regarding medical diets that will profoundly affect the health of
Americans by changing the emphasis on the medical community from treating disease
to promoting health.
METHODS
253 patients,
143 male and 110 female, age 26 to 79, were reported from the 16 contributing
physicians. In all cases the inflammation
in the joints was noninfectious and either the result of traumatic injury or
spontaneous due to overexposure to stress conditions.
The main characteristic was inflammation of the synovial membrane, clinical
signs of loss of mobility and movement, pain, and in some cases, increased fluid
in the joint (edema/swelling).
The diagnosis
was made by the physician using standard movement capability assessments as
well as patient reports on pain levels and overall general feeling. Most of the patients had been on vitamin/mineral regimes with
their condition remaining unchanged before administration of the whole food
antioxidant enzymes. No other enzyme
product was utilized. In all cases,
a minimum of 6 tablets were given once daily, first thing in the morning upon
rising, 1 hour before eating.
FINDINGS
Of the 253 cases
reported in this study, 228 patients demonstrated increased mobility, with decreased
pain and swelling in affected areas. Although
47 of the 228 patients did not show signs of improvement until the fourth week,
the average response time of the entire group was 14 days.
All 228 cases which demonstrated improvement also reported increased
levels of mobility as treatment time extended past initial response point.
In most cases, varying dosage regimes of 6 to 12 tablets per day were
necessary to achieve a measurable response.
After initial response, maintenance dosages of ½ the initial amount were
sufficient to sustain the desired result.
Along with obvious
benefits to inflammatory conditions, 200 of the 228 patients reported to their
doctor one or more of the following changes: increased energy, better circulation,
easier elimination, improved mental capacity, enhanced sexual potency, decreased
nervous tension and an overall feeling of well-being. Although of no statistical relevance, there were several reports
of lessening of wrinkles, loss of pigmentation of brown age-spots, and re-coloration
of graying hair.
CONCLUSION
Physicians/patients
supplementing SOD/CAT or AOX/PLX reported noticeable improvements in range of
motion, mobility, swelling and pain within 2 to 4 weeks of 228 of the 253 (90%)
patients. Based upon scientific
evidence correlating free radical pathology with inflammatory conditions, it
is therefore theorized that the antioxidant qualities of the whole food antioxidant
enzymes is the probable mode of action.
SOD/CAT 19 – whole
food antioxidant enzyme complex emphasizing super oxide dismutase and catalase,
AOX/PLX – whole food antioxidant enzyme complex emphasizing super oxide dismutase,
catalase glutathione peroxidase, methionine reductase.
Both products derived entirely from specially developed organically grown
wheat sprouts. Dried at room temperatures
and tableted with no fillers or binders.

EFFECT OF CELL GUARD
ON THE HEALTH OF CHILDREN
FOLLOWING THE CHERNOBYL NUCLEAR ACCIDENT

INTRODUCTION
The world’s increasingly
unfavorable ecological conditions were complicated further by the 1986 Chernobyl
nuclear accident. Contents of Strontium
and Platinum radionuclide in the human body have increased 2.5 to 5 times.
Up to 3 percent of the Republic’s population have increased contents
of Cesium. Between 25 and 37 percent
of children have nitrate presence in their bodies 2 to 3 times higher than permissible
levels. An excess of lead is evidenced
in 57.5 to 66.8 percent of the population.
The unusually
stressful ecological conditions resulting from the Chernobyl accident call for
a rigorous and open-minded search for remedies capable of protecting and strengthening
the human body under unrelenting assault.
One possibility identified by this research team is an antioxidant enzyme
formulation produced by Biotec Food Corporation in the USA.
The product, called Cell Guard, is made entirely of organically grown
wheat sprouts that have been shown to enhance the body’s production of the oxidant
enzymes super oxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase and methionine
reductase. Theorizing that increased antioxidant activity might help the
body defend itself against high levels of radiation and other adverse ecological
conditions, the investigators devised the following study to asses the effect
of Cell Guard on human neurological, cardiovascular, immune, antioxidant and
blood circulation systems.
SUBJECTS
The experimental
group consisted of 51 children and teenagers (aged 6 to 17), all of whom reside
in the Yelsk and Narovlya districts around Gomel.
These areas have Cesium contamination at the rate of 7 to 25 Ci per sq
km. The control group consisted
of 25 other children living in the same areas and having similar living conditions.
METHOD
Subjects in the
experimental group were administered Cell Guard as follows: For the first two
weeks, 4 tablets daily, taken in the morning before the first meal. After the first two weeks, 2 tablets daily taken at the same
time of day. Throughout the course
of the study, subjects drank 6 glasses of water daily. Subjects in the control group received no Cell Guard.
RESULTS
1.
Cesium Contamination. Incorporated Cesium contents showed more active
dynamics in the experimental group than in the control group.
A decrease of 20 percent or more in Cesium endogenic contents was registered
with 52.4 percent of those who had taken Cell Guard and with only 35.3 percent
of those who did not. While not
statistically reliable, this difference is of marked scientific and humanistic
interest, and warrants additional enthusiastic study of the effects of Cell
Guard in diminishing Cesium contamination.

Immunomodulation. Blood analysis revealed improvements in the immune
functions of subjects in the experimental group.
Specifically, subjects who took Cell Guard showed a normalization of
T-lymphocyte contents in the periphery blood, an increase in their subpopulation
quantities (T-Helpers, T-Suppressors and T-Active cells), and a normalization
of humoral immunity. Differences between the experience group and control group
were statistically reliable.
3.
Anti-Oxidant Activity. Subjects
who took the Cell Guard showed an increase in the activity of the key enzymes
of the antioxidant system (super oxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase)
and of the restored glutathione. An
increase of 20 percent or greater was observed in 37.8 percent of subjects in
the experimental group, but only 9.5 percent of subjects in the control group.

Cardio-Vascular System. In
the experimental group, a moderately positive improvement was noted in rehabilitation
processes in ventricular myocardial of children having depolarization failures.
This result is not statistically reliable, but is very encouraging and
warrants further study.

Neurological Indications. Attention
span improved in 70.4 percent of children in the experimental group as compared
with 30 percent in the control group.
This difference is statistically significant (p 0.05).
6.
Side Effects. No side effects
or negative clinical effects were observed in connection with the use of Cell
Guard.
DISCUSSION
The data obtained
as a result of this study demonstrate a positive effect of Cell Guard on certain
variables pertaining to the major adaptation systems of children and teenagers
who are living under unfavorable ecological conditions following the Chernobyl
nuclear accident. Specifically,
subjects taking Cell Guard showed diminished Cesium contamination, improved
immune function, increased antioxidant activity, and increased attention span.
A statistically not significant but encouraging improvement in cardio-vascular
function also was observed.
Results of this
study support the use of Cell Guard as a dietary supplement of persons living
under adverse ecological conditions such as those resulting from the Chernobyl
nuclear accident.

We have analyzed the self-report
data gathered by survey of participants in the experimental trial use of “EXTRA
ENERGY ENZYMES”, produced from plants containing super oxide dismutase and catalase. The survey was conducted by BIOTEC FOODS and included eighty
respondents who had eaten the food called “EXTRA ENERGY ENZYMES” on a trial
bands for 5-14 days. The sample
had a median age of 45 years and range of 15-77 years. The findings are summarized as reported.

Another prominent finding was that 90% of the respondents connoting on
their general well-being indicated improvement in their overall condition, including
a noticed increase of energy.
Though given the constraints of such short experimental trial period,
“nine out of ten” individuals using “EXTRA ENERGY ENZYMES” reported improvements
over their symptoms of concern.
